Raised in a military family, Jenilyn understands and appreciates the many unique benefits of living in the Colorado Springs area. The beauty, the diversity and the endless days of sunshine are why she has called Colorado home since 1993.

Jenilyn's formal education covers Nutrition, Education, and Real Estate. She has been involved in Real Estate at multiple levels for over 20 years, including investing and remodeling homes up and down the front range. 

When not at work, Jenilyn is enjoying family, travel, art, movies, and adventures in her kitchen.

Jesse comes from a sales background. Building his work history in customer service as well. He places his passion in everything he does. Focused attention on details and his willingness to walk a mile in his client's shoes, puts his awareness for what a client may be going through. Using that to help his clients reach their goals and achieve greatness.

Jesse was born and raised in Arizona where his family ran their own real estate company. The beautiful and picturesque state of Colorado is where he now calls home and loves it.

Jesse owns his own creature company where he does commission work, makes monsters, toys and more. He also uses his background as a photographer/videographer to run Fossarius Photography, which has a new, unique future in the real estate industry.

Katie is a proud Colorado Springs native who has almost two decades of real estate and property management experience. As a Realtor, she has been helping people buy and sell homes in the area for 11+ years and is familiar with all the places you might want to be along the Front Range, as well as the high country.
